I love the way food brings everyone together no matter the occasion.
I’m Chef Priscilla, and my love for food started in the kitchen with my great-grandmother in Mississippi. From scratch, we made country favorites like biscuits and gravy, churned homemade ice cream, and stirred soulful Cajun dishes like gumbo, jambalaya, and étouffée. Those early days instilled in me a passion for bold flavors, spice, and the joy that comes from sharing a meal.
Culinary school expanded my horizons, teaching me to blend cultures, flavors, and creativity in new ways. For me, food is not only about taste—it’s about artistry, presentation, and creating memorable experiences. I believe every dish should tell a story, every table should be beautiful, and every event should celebrate more than just food—it’s about laughter, music, connection, and memories.
With over two decades of experience, I’ve been cooking since I was 10 years old, and I’ve had the honor of catering for the U.S. military, serving as the chef for Morehouse College, and now leading as the Executive Chef of Six Flags Theme Parks. Whether I’m preparing an intimate dinner or orchestrating large-scale catering, my mission is always the same: to bring people together through flavorful, vibrant, and unforgettable dining experiences.
