I started cooking at 11 years old in professional kitchens and never stopped. I trained in some world famous three Michelin Star restaurants, and cooked my way through Denmark. I love the finer side in food preferably, but as long as I can put in all the extra touches and love into any dish, I’m always happy with what I put up.
