I’m a private chef originally from Cairo, Egypt, inspired by the bold flavors and vibrant markets I grew up around. My menu draws from Egyptian, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern traditions, expressed through a contemporary, modern approach.

My background in design shapes the way I cook. I see food as an art form that stimulates both sight and taste, where balance, color, and composition are just as important as flavor. Clean lines, thoughtful plating, and intentional contrast define my style.

I love layering spices with precision, creating dishes that feel dynamic and celebratory while remaining refined and harmonious. My goal is to create a dining experience that feels warm, elevated, and unforgettable.
