I am a professional chef with over 26 years of experience i attend School Craft Culinary Art school in Livonia Mi my first chef job was at Jacoby's in beautiful downtown Detroit mi and move on to Machus Red Fox as the banquet chef in Bloomfield MI and then over to Machus Sly Fox as the Sous chef in Birmingham Mi i have cook all over the metro area. I cook cuisine from Middle Eastern to Mediterranean, Italian,French you name it i can cook it.
