Born and raised in Austin, TX. I've cooked in multiple restaurants around town for the last 37 years, 15 as sous chef for Chez Nous restaurant.

I have been a private chef full time for 5 years. I enjoy making various cuisines from across the world, although, I would say my strengths are in classic French, Italian, Southern Comfort, and Tex-Mex. I enjoy being a private chef because it is a personal experience with the food and the client.
