I am a professional chef in Nashville Tennessee. My passion for cooking started at a young age and by the time I was in college, I was throwing dinner parties for my friends making roasted pork tenderloin and poached pears. This inspired me to pursue my dreams and attend culinary school. I then attended Le cordon Bleu in Dallas, TX. Following culinary school I worked in a gastro pub specializing in fusion cuisine, using local and seasonal ingredients. I also worked at a high end tapas restaurant. I am now a private Chef in Nashville Tennessee and am working towards becoming a sommelier.
