Cooking and entertaining are my passion. I could talk about food all day!
I began teaching cooking class fine dining events in my home in 2022 and have continued them thru 2025 at the Citrus Hills Country Club in Hernando, Florida.
I earned my Le Cordon Bleu degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 2005, and have experience creating and executing events including menu design.
