Get to know me better

I design homes you love to live in and tables you love to gather around. I craft the full experience. Cooking, entertaining and sharing beautiful food

I began teaching cooking classes/fine dining events in my home in 2022 and have continued them thru 2025 at the Citrus Hills Country Club in Hernando, Florida.

I earned my Le Cordon Bleu degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 2005, and have experience creating and executing events including menu design.

I am also a Mixologist and have extensive wine experience. Pairing wine, spirits, beer or mocktails to my menus is all part of the experience.
