Always striving for excellence

I started working in the restaurant industry at 14 years old and in 2004 I entered into culinary school at The Art Institute of Phoenix. While in school I started working at The Four Seasons Hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. In 2006 I graduated with Highest Honors and continued working at the hotel for about another year when I transferred to The Four Seasons in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for three years. Late 2010 I was chosen the be the head sushi chef of The Four Seasons in Denver, Colorado. In 2011 Jackson Hole called my name once again, so I moved back to help run a wildly successful sushi restaurant. I then began to climb the ranks of being a chef, working as Executive Sous Chef at the Amangani Hotel and later as Executive Chef of a Gastropub called Gather. In 2015 I moved back to Denver to take a break from restaurants and in 2017 I started my own personal chef company "Five Star To You" as a way to be able to cook for the love of food and making people happy with an amazing dining experience.
