I am a private chef with 10+ years experience in the industry. I’ve worked in both Michelin-starred and James Beard award winning establishments. I have a deep love for cooking with the seasons, using local produce to create experiences that resonate with my clients. Guests will find a lot of myself in my cooking—while I am very serious and detail oriented, I also am very quirky. Don’t be surprised to see pan seared foie gras on top of Sunday morning French toast!
