We had the pleasure of dining with Chef Robert, who provided an exceptional private chef experience for our party of six. He crafted a memorable Hawaiian feast with the freshest local ingredients. Every dish was superb, from the "heavenly" hamachi crudo with a unique blackberry aguachile and jalapeno combination to the perfectly seared mahi mahi. Dessert, a seared banana bread pudding with salted caramel and ice cream, was the perfect finish. Chef Robert was incredibly considerate, accommodating our vegan guest with an eggplant flatbread (which the whole table enjoyed!) and ensuring everyone felt included. His friendly and professional demeanor made the night truly special. Highly recommended!
