Food is my ultimate passion. I bring that passion to every single dish I create.
I am a private chef with years of restaurant experience. Growing up reading cook books and watching my favorite celebrity chefs, a young chef and foodie was born. After studying Hospitality at Penn State, I found myself working with some of the best chefs in both NYC and Boston. Now as a young father, I have started working with private clients in New York City, The Hamptons and Long Island's North Fork. Cooking with the seasons, highlighting the freshness and beauty of seasonal produce and the quality that offers has turned into my ultimate passion project. I want to cook you the best meal you have had in a long time.
