Chef Rob did an outstanding job preparing our meal. He worked behind the scenes throughout the event but was always happy to engage with us and answer questions when asked. Our group regularly dines at high-end restaurants, so we decided to try something different—and Chef Rob absolutely delivered. The food was excellent, the experience was unique, and he exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him.

Chef Rob was amazing! Twelve of us for dinner and there was so much food. Everyone kept talking about Chef Rob long after he was gone. Comments like "That was the best crab cake" and "the creme brulee was easily the best dessert version of that I have ever had" were heard throughout the night. Chef Rob took the time to clean the entire kitchen and he even loaded the dishwasher. We will be using Chef Rob again next year!

Thank you Chef Rob! Everything was absolutely delicious!!

Rob is an incredible chef! We did not feel pressured to talk with him whatsoever but instead chose to learn about his history with cooking and love for sharing food which was evident in the way he cooked for us. Rob went out of his way to help us celebrate a milestone birthday with personalized menu items and helping create a special enjoyable atmosphere. He was timely, neat, and was humble share some cooking methods - and just wow! The steak was beyond tender, the home made jam on the charcuterie was to die for, and the german chocolate cake was the icing on it all. Thank you, Rob!
