Currently, I serve as the Executive Chef of Catering & Retail at Georgia State University, overseeing high-volume operations and a skilled team, with a sharp focus on compliance, quality, and guest satisfaction.

• ServSafe Instructor & Proctor (2027) + Certified through 2029
