⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an incredible experience! We hired this chef for our dinner party, and everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The food was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and prepared with such attention to detail. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted and delicious! Beyond the amazing food, the chef was professional, warm, and made the entire evening feel effortless and special. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening. I would highly recommend this chef to anyone looking to elevate their dinner party or special occasion. We will absolutely be booking again!

We hired Rossana Hall for two very important milestone event at our home. She was punctual and engaging. She was very creative with her menu and the food was just incredible !! She was very efficient and cleaned up after her cooking and serving was done. It was truly an incredible experience for us.

Chef Rossana was available for our relatively-last-minute birthday lunch and put together a spread that was absolutely incredible, easily equal to if not better than michelin star restaurants I've been to. We ate until we physically couldn't eat any more, and then literally passed out for several hours and skipped dinner entirely. So good. Each dish was gorgeous, had interesting unique twists to them, and were phenomenally delicious. Would strongly recommend!

Every meal was delicious, beautifully prepared, and made with so much care and attention to detail. Our group varied from 6 to 12 people each evening, and she was always able to accommodate everyone — even last-minute changes — while still delivering generous portions and exceptional quality every single night. All of our guests felt truly spoiled and impressed by the experience. Beyond the amazing food, Chef Rosanna brings such a calm and professional presence that makes everything even more enjoyable. She was always punctual, smiling, discreet, organized, and incredibly attentive to our requests and food preferences. She truly knows how to create a personalized dining experience. The presentation of every dish was beautiful, the flavors were incredible, and each dinner felt like dining at a high-end restaurant… all from the comfort of our home. She handled everything so effortlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy our evenings and spend quality time with our guests stress-free. We booked a bachelor trip to Las Vegas with a group of 14 and wanted to do something special for the groom, so we decided to hire a private chef. We were a bit skeptical at first since we had never used Take a Chef before, but after reviewing several talented chefs and their menus, we chose Rossana Hall—and we’re so glad we did. Rossana was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with from the start. For the menu, we went with ribeye and aged duck, and honestly, the aged duck was incredible. Everything was cooked perfectly, and she managed to serve all 14 of us at the same time without any issues. She worked seamlessly with whatever equipment we had in the Airbnb and made the whole experience feel effortless. She also stuck around for a bit afterward, which gave us a chance to chat and get to know her—she’s genuinely an awesome person. Highly recommend Rossana if you’re looking to elevate your trip with a private chef experience.

Rossana was AWESOME! She was kind and nice. The meal itself was staged out well, bringing us the next course when we were ready. It was paced well. She was incredible cleaning up and putting everything away. We loved interacting with her and everything about the experience. Thank you Rossana! Chef Rosanna was wonderful. She arrived on time and was very engaging. We chatted with her about her chef journey that led her to ultimately be here in the Las Vegas Valley. She also shared lots of information about what she was making, the ingredients, and offered suggestions about how to make the food the best it could be. The presentation was outstanding, and taste was even better. She has our highest recommendation.

I received the experience with chef Rosanna as a birthday gift. From appetizer to dessert each dish was perfection. Taste, temperature and presentation were exactly as they should be. We had 6 other family members dining with us and all were equally impressed and pleased with chef Rosanna’s meal.

Chef Hall was amazing. She is from Southern Italy so her dishes definitely seemed infused with that region but a California/Napa vibe to them. She was friendly, right on time. She gave us plenty of time to visit and hang out between courses and did not rush us at all! Overall 10 out of 10 experience!
