Focusing on the ideal of pure and authentic food, my cooking style is based on fresh, local, and classic ingredients with cultural and exotic twists.

My passion for cooking stared to kick in when I was very young, I always was around my grandmothers and mom cooking with them and learning.

Then did my culinary school and worked in several countries and worked for important and amazing venues and five star restaurants. Now I am a full time personal chef and food consultant.

Chef Rosanna was such a delight to have! The vegetarian dishes were all amazing and she curated each so thoughtfully :) we had meaningful conversations throughout. We especially enjoyed her butternut squash croquettes and lava cake!

I hired Chef Rosanna for my husband’s surprise birthday dinner and she was just amazing!!!! She arrived on time and turned my home into a michelin star restaurant!! All her dishes looked and tasted amazing!! 10/10 highly recommended. Just amazing!!!

Chef Rossana provided a wonderful experience from initial menu proposal to post-meal clean-up. She was extremely meticulous in helping me choose the correct menu for the evening and accommodated all of our needs. The food was delicious and one of the best meals we’ve had in recent memory. She was very professional, friendly, and focused, throughout the meal. I highly recommend her and will be booking her again.

Chef Rossana Hall IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! From start to finish she has been incredibly attentive. Her response time from the initial request, sending over the menu proposal, answering my questions, and overall welcoming virtual feel had me in awe. She arrived on time and quickly got to work. She even prepared cocktails and offered us wine, which I did not know we would receive. She made my boyfriend's surprise birthday truly an unforgettable experience. The timing of the appetizers, dinner, and dessert and the portion sizes were perfect. Words cannot describe how incredible everything tasted. I cannot wait to hire Chef Rossana again. This was our first time hiring a private chef and now we are hooked.

It was a pleasure to work with Chef Rosanna. She provided an extensive choice of vegetarian dishes for each course and was responsive to all my questions. The dinner was Asian Fusion and the meal was spectacular! The flavors were on point with ample portions.

I had the most amazing experience with Rossana from start to finish. Right from the menu proposal, she impressed us with her creativity and gave us a wide range of options to choose from. What stood out the most was the fair pricing and her willingness to be flexible and accommodating with modifications. Throughout the process, Rossana kept us informed and involved. But the real highlight was the food itself. It was nothing short of perfection. Having dined at some of the world's finest restaurants, my family has high standards, and Rossana's meal surpassed our expectations. One of our guests, who typically doesn't enjoy calamari or mussels, tried Rossana's and couldn't help but exclaim how delicious they were. In fact, he ended up having two servings of each! The lamb was incredibly tender and practically melted in our mouths, while the sea bass was delicately seasoned yet bursting with flavor. I can confidently say that Rossana is a 10 out of 10. Her culinary skills are truly exceptional, and I would love to have her cook for me every time I visit Santa Cruz.
