Great food and company

Chef Ryan Fox is outstanding. He prepared three exquisite dinners for us during our stay in Hawaii. He cooked with the finest ingredients available on the island, prepared everything with great attention to detail and to perfection. Each course was tasty and beautiful, yet light and airy, and most importantly, well balanced and easily digestible. I should also add that he managed to do all this considering our diets and likes and dislikes. He was a pleasure to have as our holiday chef.

This was our first time ever using a private chef. We gathered all of our kids and grandkids to share celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary on the Big Island. We were so fortunate to have Chef Ryan to share in our celebration. Chef Ryan has simply set the bar very high for any future private dining experiences and enjoyed every moment. Appreciate not only his culinary skills but also his kind demeanor.
