I’m a focused yet playful chef with 17 years of experience in professional kitchens, including Le Bernardin, Daniel, and as Executive Chef at The Wesley a vegetable forward restaurant in NYC’s West Village. My cooking blends the bold flavors of South America with the cultural richness of New York, rooted in my deep love for vegetables and global cuisine. I create both plated and family-style experiences, inviting guests to feel cared for, excited, and nourished not just by the food, but by the energy and presence I bring to each meal.
