Raised in kitchens and immersed in Hawai‘i’s vibrant food culture from a young age, I’ve built my career on a lifelong passion for the craft of cooking. My culinary style is anchored in a refined palate and a deep appreciation for global flavors, with a particular love for Asian-inspired cuisine. I am also highly experienced in vegan and raw food preparation, offering thoughtful, creative dishes that honor both technique and ingredient integrity.

As a private chef, I approach every meal as an opportunity to create connection and joy. Cooking is not only my profession, it is the truest expression of who I am. Guests often tell me that my food reflects both precision and heart, and I take pride in delivering dishes that are memorable, balanced, and deeply satisfying.

Based in Hawai‘i, I’m fortunate to have access to some of the island’s finest ingredients, including live and freshly harvested seafood every day. This abundance allows me to highlight the freshest flavors the islands have to offer and bring an elevated, locally inspired experience to every table I serve.

Home when I was a child, but I was probably trained in a seafood bar at age 19 and then Japanese sushi restaurant at age 21. Very experienced in all.

Is to have fun, relax and experiment. I have learned classic recipes from my favorite mentors and perfected them over the years.

Chef Sarid was fantastic! She prepared five meals for my family, including a Thanksgiving feast! The food was varied and delicious. She and her team were incredibly efficient at preparing, serving and clean up. She is also a very warm and caring person. I highly recommend her service and would use her again.
