I am a professional Chef of 4 years, born and raised in the Chicagoland area. With Haitian and Southern roots - I wanted to bring something unique and new to the Culinary world. Something that not only last on your tastebuds but your mind. Food brings people together, food brings community, and cultivates culture within the community- that's what I want to do, with one plate at a time!
