I am a culinary Professional that has pushed myself over the last 15 years to learn as much as I could in my craft. I have learned a lot about many different cuisines. I have had some great chef mentors along the way. I have opened my own restaurant and closed it. It was called Browntrout. We won some Michelin awards and loved it when we had it. Now I am settled and wish to teach others and give time to ,my family. I love teaching people and cooking for others. I know a lot about, seasonality, seafood, and pasta!
