I’m an Argentine-born, world-renowned chef with a career shaped alongside exceptional culinary figures such as Jamie Oliver. My professional journey spans several distinguished international restaurants and luxury hotels, including Faena Buenos Aires, Four Seasons Costa Rica, El Mangroove Costa Rica, Zodiac UK (Michelin/Rosette restaurant), Barbecoa London (Michelin/Rosette restaurant), and BOTANIKO Costa Rica (recognized by Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants). Most recently, I served as Executive Chef at FYR in Columbus, Ohio—ranked among the 47 Best Restaurants in the United States.
