I am a professional chef with over 10 years in the industry. From 4-diamond AAA rated resorts in Pennsylvania to 3-Key Michelin in Hawaii and everything in between. My philosophy to cooking is to "Eat your Backyard", almost literally! Ive been up a unique repoire with local farms that supply some of the best restaurants in the world and am super excited to bring them to your dining room.
