I have been a private chef for 9 years after opening 2 restaurants as an executive and sous chef. I have been on the island for 21 years. I work closely with local proveyors to ensure local and fresh products. I am also well versed in dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, food allergies) and most every type of food.
