Over 20 years of culinary experience, specializing in cakes and comfort food, small-bites catering, and desserts.
I received my Associate's in culinary arts from Robert Morris College in Chicago in 2006. My Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management is from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. I am currently pursuing my Master's in Executive Hospitality Management from the University of Houston-Conrad A. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership. I have been a private chef and event planner since 2005. I am classically trained in French cuisine, but over the years have focused more on family-friendly, budget-friendly, comfort foods, cakes, pastries, and desserts. I offer meal prep and menu planning for all palettes.
