I admire food, all aspects of it. Food is beautiful, food is fun! Play with your food, have fun!
As well as being a culinary graduate with several years of hands on industry experience, I have been assisting in the kitchen for as long as I could reach the stove; cooking has always been a way for me to express my creativity while nourishing and providing a comforting experience for friends and family.
I specialize in classic French cuisine with an elevated interest in Spanish and Italian style cooking. It is my ambition to provide in-home, coursed meals that are delicious and skillfully prepared; fresh for your family or friends.
