I am driven by my cooking style to present food that are aesthetically plated with detail and unforgettable flavors that people will always remember.

I am a professional chef that is passionate about me food and my style of cooking. I have graduated from the CIA in Napa Valley, California. I have staged at some renowned restaurants through out Napa Valley like: Medawood and French Laundry. I have moved down to Southern California back in 2015 and worked at various fine dining/upscale restaurants like: Marche Modern, Sharinori, Gem-dining, and Nobu Newport Beach as a sushi chef to hon my knowledge and skills.
