Hello! My name is Sydney Rae Chin or otherwise known as sexysoupdumplings to some. I'm a private chef, who first learned from my family who spent decades in the restaurant industry. I got my professional start at People's Kitchen Philly as a chef working to combat food insecurity through using rescued food waste. I'm currently in Philadelphia OIC's Culinary Arts Training Program, where I'm set to get my ServSafe Managerial Certificate.

My cuisine is primarily modern Asian-American taking notes from my childhood with techniques from fine dining.
