I am a professional Chef for the past 10 years now. I owned a gastropub in Central Texas for 7 years, along with a wine bar & microbrewery. I currently am in Restaurant Sales for a large corporation but looking to get back into the world of Private Chef'ing. I have a degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, TX- May 2010 graduate. I have cooked for many famous people and musicians alike..along with a few families here locally to DFW- mainly in the Highland Park area.
