I am a chef with over 28 years of culinary experience and have proudly called Kauai home for the past 17 years. I specialize in a wide range of cuisines, with a strong focus on using the freshest island ingredients available—especially Kauai’s incredible local fish, meats and fresh vegetables. Cooking has always been my greatest passion, and having the opportunity to create memorable dining experiences on this beautiful island is truly a joy.
