Timothy “Jace” Gilbert started his Culinary Career at age 18 at the Brentwood Country Club in Nashville TN attending several culinary schools in the early 80s now 36 years later he has prepared Meals for Celebrities such as Jon Bon Jovi, Rick Ross, Billie Jean king just to name a few. As a former Southern Restaurant owner of Classic Southern food he knows the importance of cooking Organically he only cooks with Fresh organically grown products! Son of many Farmers in Tennessee he left the Farm in the 80s became a Top Executive Chef for Ritz Carlton, Aramark/Harrison Lodging at Princeton University and many high volume 5 Star Michelin Restaurants and Hotels in NYC. From Southern Foods to South India and Middle Eastern Cuisines Chef Jace believes in blending many herbs and spices for Authentic flavors. Chef Jace is very active In the Film Industry as a Singer/Actor and have appeared in Films and upcoming productions! He loves to run daily, play Tennis and is a natural herbalist specializing in Natural Anti-Aging Supplements and Natural Herbal Medicines.
