Timothy “Jace” Gilbert started his Culinary Career at age 18 at the Maryland Farms Country Club in Nashville TN attending several culinary schools in Rome Italy in the early 80s now 36 years later he been a Michelin Executive Chef at Ritz Carlton in DC and NYC he has prepared Meals for Celebrities such as Jon Bon Jovi, Rick Ross, Billie Jean king just to name a few. Chef Jason has also worked with American Bridal and Martha Stewart Weddings in Princeton NJ. As a former Southern Restaurant owner of Classic Southern food he knows the importance of cooking Organically he only cooks with Fresh organically grown products! Son of many Farmers in Tennessee he left the Farm in the 80s became a Top Executive Chef for Ritz Carlton, Aramark/Harrison Lodging at Princeton University and many high volume 5 Star Michelin Restaurants and Hotels in NYC. From Southern Foods to South India and Middle Eastern Cuisines Chef Jace believes in blending many herbs and spices for Authentic flavors. Chef Jace is well versed in Mediterranean, Greek, Indian, Ethiopian, Jewish, Italian, Puerto Rican Asian, Dutch and 25 other Cuisines from around the world.
