I have over 20 years of culinary experience, working in all areas of hospitality. I started when I was 14 years old washing dishes and prep work at a local restaurant, in my home town, York, United Kingdom. I then went on to work in Michelin Starred restaurants and in 2005 I moved to the US from the UK. I worked in Relais and Chateaux properties on the east coast, including The Fearrington House Restaurant in North Carolina and Topper's at The Wauwinet on Nantucket. In 2014 I became the executive chef at The White Elephant Hotel & Brant Point Grill on Nantucket Island. I have experience in fine dining, catering, weddings, banquets, corporate retreats and other social gatherings.

Chef Tom Pearson was exceptional in every sense of the word. He graciously integrated into a house of 14 including 5 young children. From preparation to execution, Chef Tom exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed a delicious meal of lobster and sirloin, with oysters and caviar to start. His dishes were flavorful, yet subtle, rich and marvelously fresh. We've dreamt of the Oysters ever since...As NY'ers, we frequently dine at Michelin restaurants and have acquired a taste for quality which makes at-home cooking sometimes disappointing, but that was far from our experience. We will certainly look to hire Chef Tom again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for 5 star quality and service.

Chef Tom cooked us an incredible anniversary dinner - fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation, and all-around outstanding food. We look forward to working with him again next summer!

Amazing!!

Tom was phenomenal! The food was amazing and beautifully presented. It was a lovely addition to our girls trip. We loved all of the local ingredients, the explanation of the meal and where everything came from on the island, and Tom was engaging and provided some great recommendations for the rest of our stay. Could not have been happier with this event!
