Get to know me better
I do scratch cooking, I make homemade desserts, host cooking classes, cater, meal prep and provide the backyard chef experience.
My great Aunt Etta Fay, once told me, “Cookin' is NOT a chore, it’s an honor. Pour ya love in everything you cook, baby,, you’re feeding souls, not just a tummy.”
I cook to feel the joy, to feed and nourish the soul. I started cooking at the age of 7, that turned into selling homemade dessrts, and into cooking holiday dinners and catering parties by 17.
I became a kitchen manager for a prosperous truckstop and recently the Pitmaster/BBQ Chef at Austin Country Club. I have always enjoyed being a personal/private chef and what it allows me to give on a more personal level.
I cook with the same intent for everyone as I do for my family and I love it. When I'm not cooking, I love traveling and having fun with my children and grandchildren.
