Hello good day I am Chef Tony, I was born and raised in Jamaica and I have a passion for cooking and baking. I prefer to do different kinds of cuisine combined to make different tastes to the tongue. I am a Professional Personal Fusion Chef in the art of different kinds of Cuisines. I am also certified in Mixology in the Art of the Cocktail, Alcohol server, Food Allergy Assential and Catering. I make homemade sauces and seasonings as well.
