I booked Chef Travis for my Dads birthday dinner, and I am still speechless. I’ve eaten at Michelin-starred restaurants across the globe, but this was hands-down the best culinary experience of my life. From the very first message, Travis was a dream to work with. He took my vague understanding of dishes and crafted a multi-course menu that was both sophisticated and incredibly personal. He even went out of his way to accommodate two guests with special dietary needs without making them feel like an afterthought. The highlights: The Food: The braised short ribs were like like butter, and the artichoke bandera was a work of art. Every plate looked like a painting. The Service: Travis manages to be both invisible and the life of the party at the same time. He explained the origin of every ingredient with such passion that it felt like an educational journey. The Cleanup: The kitchen was actually cleaner when he left than when he arrived. I didn’t have to lift a single finger or wash a single fork. If you are looking for someone to elevate your evening from a 'dinner party' to a 'lifetime memory,' book Travis immediately. Our guests are still texting us about the experience three days later! Chef Travis was a delight to work with throughout the process: incredibly responsive, accommodating, and affable. His flexibility with serving times was ultra-important to our guests' happiness, as our check-in time was pushed a bit late, so we were about a half-hour off for our first night meal time. It wasn't a problem at all! And it made all the difference for our group, who didn't have to rush to the table. Everything Chef Travis did was about OUR comfort and needs, and made for a great experience all around! And of course, the food was excellent...as good as any Chef we've ever worked with! Hire this guy!

We had the absolute best experience with this dynamic husband/wife duo for a bachelorette dinner! From start to finish, everything was flawless. The flavors in the food were perfectly balanced and thoughtfully paired with the wines he recommended. Chef Travis also accommodated specific food allergies. Every course felt special, and we could tell how much care went into crafting each dish. The lavender cream brûlée was the best cream brûlée I've ever had! They worked hard, yet managed to blend seamlessly into our evening without ever making it feel awkward or intrusive (despite the close quarters of our airbnb). Outstanding job by Chef Travis and his lovely wife, Loni. Great communication before and leading up to the event. Travis was great, tailored our meal to our preferences (spices, meat temp.
