More about me
For me, cooking is...
My passion I love to see the look on people's faces when they take that first bite and I can tell they are not only impressed by the food but by me.
I learned to cook at...
I have been in the restaurant industry for a while but I really learned to cook on my own. Just cooking for my wife and myself over the years.
A cooking secret...
Keeping everything clean and organized brings a certain calmess to cooking that makes the process smooth and easy.
