Hi my name is Chef Ty. I am a non-schooled chef but i have schooled many in the kitchen. Lol. I have been cooking since the age of 10. I cooked my first full Thanksgiving meal at the age of 11 with guidance of course. Began my career in the actual restaurant industry at the age of 16. Since then I have sharpened my skills and knowledge and became a skilled chef. My bread and butter is American cuisine but I have cooked dishes from many cultures. I am versatile in breakfast lunch and dinner dishes.
