Love having fun in what I do, which is cooking.
I have over 13 years of culinary experience, working as a chef at sea, on land, and in the air. Over five years of traveling around the world, I’ve had the opportunity to work in diverse environments, learning about local ingredients, culinary traditions, and global cuisines.
I specialize in Malaysian, Thai, French, and Italian cuisine, as well as smoking techniques. I enjoy experimenting with different techniques and fusing flavors to create unique and memorable dishes.
