I’m passionate about gastronomy, believing each dish uniquely expresses emotion, culture, and creativity with genuine meaning and care.

I am a cook with an international outlook and a strong cultural connection. I began my culinary career four years ago, at 17, after living in countries like Spain, Italy, and Scotland, before moving to the United States to fully pursue my passion.

With my Italian roots, I’ve had the chance to work in notable restaurants such as Torno Subito by Massimo Bottura, where I gained valuable experience in contemporary Italian cuisine. At the same time, my Venezuelan heritage remains a key part of who I am, guiding me to Latin American kitchens where I can express myself through flavors that remind me of my origins.

For me, every dish holds special meaning; it’s a way to tell my story and stay connected to my roots.
