I’m a self-taught chef who started in my family’s restaurant, blending a love for food and farming into every dish I create.
I got my start in the kitchen at age 10, washing dishes and peeling potatoes at my family’s restaurant in the Pacific Northwest. From that moment on, I was hooked. I knew I wanted to bring people joy through food. I’m a self-taught chef who worked my way up through some of Washington state’s most respected kitchens, learning everything I could along the way.
While cooking in Washington, I also discovered a second passion—organic farming. Working alongside local farmers and foragers, I gained a deep appreciation for the power of home-grown, high-quality ingredients. That connection to the land continues to inspire everything I create in the kitchen today.
When I’m not cooking, you’ll find me surfing San Diego’s coastline or tending to my garden—still chasing that balance between creativity and nature.
