I am Coptic Egyptian, born and raised in Egypt, and later lived in Greece for my college and early career. I’ve always had a deep love for Mediterranean cuisine and culture, especially the exquisite ancient Egyptian cuisine, an often unexplored territory in the West, known for its vibrant flavors, exceptional seafood, and deeply rooted hospitality traditions. Since beginning my professional journey in 2018, I’ve gained over 7 years of experience, including time in Michelin-starred restaurants like Boka and Esmé in Chicago. These environments pushed me to refine my technique at a very high level, expand my culinary knowledge, and develop the ability to express my creativity with precision. Today, I bring together this cultural depth and fine dining discipline to create thoughtful, elevated dining experiences.
