I cook for others the way I want others to cook for me. I treat it as a great privilege to feed people and do everything I can to honor that trust.
I am a private chef with a strong, experience‑driven background shaped by technical training, global culinary exposure, and high‑level client service. My foundation began with the fundamentals I learned from my Italian immigrant grandmother. I moved into fine dining as a garde manger at Quality Italian, where I developed precision, consistency, and a disciplined professional approach.
In addition to serving as a private chef for a high‑net‑worth families, I also operate an events and catering company, managing full menu development, daily meals, and large‑scale parties. I also host monthly dinner parties connected to the local art community, creating experiences that blend culinary execution with creative culture.
My training includes cooking courses across Thailand and work with Jeong Kwan Sunim, the renowned Buddhist temple chef featured on Netflix’s Chef’s Table. This experience strengthened my skills in plant‑based cuisine, thoughtful ingredient use, and intentional cooking practices.
