I am originally from Istanbul, Turkey. I am a self-taught chef and I have owned a restaurant in Bozeman, Montana for 10 years. I have been in food business for 20 years. I love cooking Mediterranean foods. I specialize in Gyros, Falafels, Tabuli, spanakopitas, baklava, grape leaves and many more Mediterranean dishes. I am heavily focused on Turkish cooking because it is delicious, fast and healthy.
