I am a Soul Food Chef located in Hawaii.
I graduated from culinary school, Gros Bonnet Culinary Academy in 2013 and pursued a career in the food industry and became a chef at a hotel in Waikiki. Soul Food is my specialty just what the name implies. It’s food that is cooked from your soul. Nothing is made from cans, you simply use all fresh products and you cook with your heart and soul.
