My culinary journey began at 17 as a pastry cook, which inspired me to pursue formal training at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Jordan and later earn a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts from Kendall College, Chicago.

Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive experience at prestigious establishments, including working as Chef de Partie at two Mövenpick Hotels in Jordan, serving as a Culinary Instructor at the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, and contributing my expertise to top U.S. restaurants like Seven Lions in Chicago and Aventura Spanish Restaurant in Ann Arbor.

I am a creative and modern chef with solid culinary fundamentals, a strong pastry background, and a passion for crafting memorable, personalized dining experiences. Ahmad is quiet vocally but loud with flavor and amazing food. It was truly excellent.

Chef Ahmad gave us an incredible anniversary experience. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, warm, and clearly passionate about his craft. The meal he prepared was absolutely delicious — each dish beautifully presented and full of flavor. Dining at home felt like a five-star restaurant thanks to his care and attention to detail. Chef Ahmad was more than amazing! He was communicative prior to the dinner and made our evening perfect. His food was delicious and he followed through with what was promised! Chef Ahmad was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning his communication was excellent. He was accommodating and made adjustments to the menu based on our group's needs. On the day of the dinner, he arrived promptly at our house and went straight to work in the kitchen. He was professional and discrete throughout the evening. And his mediterranean food was phenomenal!! We had enough leftovers to carry us over into the next day. At the end of the night, he cleaned everything, and graciously left us to the rest of our evening. I would recommend Chef Ahmad to anyone who wants a private chef experience. He was truly a pleasure to work with.

Great experience and I highly recommend doing this for your next party or vacation. Chef was polite and let us enjoy ourselves while he worked diligently in the kitchen. Took care of everything!
