Hi my name is Alarica I am a personal gourmet vegan/vegetarian chef specializing in cuisine inspired from all over the globe. As a little girl I enjoyed watching all my grandmothers and great grandmothers prepare glorious dishes. I learned Puerto Rican cuisine from my dads side, and Eastern European dishes from my mother's. Food is my love language and I believe that food is an experience that is meant to be shared with people you love.

Cooking to me is like breathing, I need to do it in order to live. I'm not fully living if I'm not creating in the kitchen.

Cooking is instinctual for me. I am a self taught chef. I have honed my craft over the years.

A cooking secret...

I have an acute sense of taste and smell. I usually smell when something is done cooking. Not to mention something just takes over me when I create.
