I am Alberto Marcolongo, an Italian chef shaped by years inside the kitchens of Alain Ducasse and Davide Oldani, and today based in New York where I create bespoke dining experiences for guests who seek something truly personal.
My journey began with the honest flavors of Italian home cooking and evolved through the precision and discipline of haute cuisine. Over the years, I’ve learned that a great meal is not just about technique—it’s about emotion, intention, and the ability to transform a simple moment into a memory.
Whether I’m designing a multi-course tasting menu or cooking a warm, intimate dinner at home, my approach remains the same: respect the ingredient, honor the season, and create a connection between the plate and the person sitting in front of it.
