I am a detail-oriented chef with professional kitchen experience since 2008, focused on the intersection of holistic health and upscale dining. My approach is rooted in creating food that not only tastes exceptional but also supports overall well-being, bringing intention and balance to every dish.
I am dedicated to inspiring others to embrace a more mindful approach to eating and living, while continuing to expand my own knowledge of nourishment and wellness. In December 2023, I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute (NTI) as a Certified Natural Foods Chef, complementing my bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage Business Management.
My culinary philosophy centers on preparing food for optimal wellness—maximizing nutrient absorption, supporting different organ systems, and using high-quality, whole ingredients to create dishes that are both nourishing and refined. I am committed to evolving within the world of upscale holistic cuisine, offering experiences that seamlessly blend health, flavor, and sophistication.
