Middle Eastern-American Chef & Baker with additional specialization in Asian Fusion. Open to cuisine requests. Big on hospitality, HUGE on flavor.
Northwest Arkansas-based chef and baker, with 6 years of formal experience in the industry, 16 years cooking and baking experience overall. I'm very proudly of Middle Eastern/American heritage, and come from a long, long (100+ yrs) line of traditional Middle Eastern bakers.
My experience in the kitchen has ranged from line cook to chef to kitchen manager, to production manager at a meal prep startup, owning my own cottage bakery (Amanda Makes) and of course-- private chef services.
My experience and personal interests have given me extremely solid foundations & understandings in especially Middle Eastern and Asian Fusion cuisines, but I'm a highly adaptable chef capable of tailoring a menu to your dream meal.
