I'm a Peruvian professional chef and culinary consultant with over a decade of experience, specializing in Peruvian and Japanese cuisines. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and began my journey at the heart of the Nikkei movement in Perú, during the rise of culinary legends like Toshiro Konishi, Gaston Acurio and Nobu in Lima, 15 years ago.

After honing my craft, I launched my own street food concept—blending democratic fine dining with bold, authentic flavors. I successfully ran the restaurant for over two years before accepting an opportunity to open a new venture in Tel Aviv, Israel. Although the pandemic brought that project to a halt, I quickly pivoted and continued growing—working in several acclaimed restaurants ranked among the Top 50 in the Middle East & North Africa.
