I have spent over 19 years as a teacher, nutritionist and philosopher when it comes to the culinary and hospitality industry.

Being ex-military, I hold a high standard, while instilling the seven U.S. Army values: loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service,

honor, integrity, and personal courage, which I live by daily. Eventually I packed my bags and headed to Los Angeles to attend

the culinary school at LA Trade-Tech College. Upon graduation, I improved my culinary knowledge, skills and leadership

talents working in top restaurant kitchens.

For me, cooking is...

Chef Julian curated a delicious menu for our very special occasion. From the appetizers of spiced rhubarb and veal meatball (with the most delicious chimichurri) to the elevated and clever take on steak and eggs, our eyes and stomachs were not disappointed!! Chef had suggested wine pairings in advance which complemented all of the dishes. We completed the experience with the most delectable chocolate torte. Chef Julian was punctual, professional, personable and a delight to have as our dining guide. I would love to dine with him again in the near future!

Chef Julian was incredible. I was expecting the experience to be good, but it was absolutely phenomenal!! His food was beyond delicious and you could tell he took pride in every dish. Chef Julian was extremely accommodating to us and easily understood the vibe we were after. Thank you Chef Julian! I will remember this experience for a long time!

Chef Julian, arrived whilst we were still out so he could prepare, so we could walk-in and the food would soon be ready. He was engaging when he needed to be but not intrusive. He was a very calm chef, which was important as we were in an open-plan kitchen and dining area. He had stories for each dish and his passion for the food was evident. He prepared a magnificent 7-course dinner for us, each course was incredible, with a great blending of flavors and also it was excellent value. Afterwards, he calmly cleaned everything up and left the kitchen spotless. I would very happily recommend!

Julian was a fantastic chef! So professional and truly talented. He made our Anniversary very special with his delicious food and was easy to talk with making the atmosphere relaxed and very enjoyable!

Chef Julian was amazing! All dishes were crafted with intention and tasted incredible. Chef Julian was punctual, friendly, and respectful. We would definitely book with him for future events.

Andrew is warm and friendly and very attentive. He put together a delicious menu and was flexible to work with the Air BNB kitchen which had its quirks. We would happily recommend Andrew for your private dining experience.
