A passionate Chef, who enjoys making people happy with my food.

Raised in Oakland, CA, Chef Anthony moved to Mesa, AZ, in 2007. Anthony is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. He has been very successful in the culinary industry for more than 13 years, working for many companies, resorts, and athletes. While perfecting his skills, he has progressed from a Line Cook to Sous Chef. In the past 13 years, Anthony has worked hard to perfect many different cooking styles, such as Casual, American, Fine Dining, and Catering. Anthony's love for food continues to grow as he continues to learn and develop new techniques.
